In these challenging times, many of us feel distressed, uncertain, overwhelmed. This special gathering offers a safe, nurturing space to be seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll explore ways to hold our fears without amplifying them, acknowledge life’s truths without judgment, and tap into our courage and capacity to navigate hard moments.

This interactive session is a gentle respite, designed to meet you where you are—without requiring you to share a word of what you’re feeling—and gently lift you up. There will be no toxic positivity, gaslighting, or condescending platitudes. This is a space for genuine uplift, free from the quick sugar highs that leave us feeling flat and dispirited.
Sue describes it as her “Patronus Charm”—a magical way to banish the soul-draining Dementors of life. Come join us for an hour of being gently uplifted, in a way that’s kind to your nervous system and helps you grow your capacity to face the world as it is. Yes…gentle is the word!
